The Trout Lake Campers Association – Sudbury District has two membership classes:
Class 1: Member: Members are owners of a seasonal or permanent dwelling on Trout Lake. The owner in each case shall include his or her partner. This class has voting rights.
Class 2: Associate Member: Associate Members are individuals that are vitally interested in the lake and desire to be included in receiving communications such as the the Bulletin and Trout Lake Times. This is a non-voting class.

Application Process for New Members and Associate Members
This is a 2-step process:
Step 1: Fill out the online application form linked here and submit it. The Secretary or Membership Chair will contact you shortly after you submit your application to let you know whether you’ve been accepted as a Member or Associate Member.

Step 2: You have two convenient options for payment (2025 membership fees are $40.00/yr):
- Add Trout Lake Campers Association as a contact in your online banking. Send an e-transfer to tlcabank@gmail.com. Your payment will be automatically deposited without requiring a password. Please ensure that you include your name, phone number, email address, mailing address, and lake address (if applicable) in the comments box when using this option.
- Cheque: If you prefer to pay by cheque, please mail it to: Treasurer at P.O. Box 315, Noelville, ON P0M 2N0. Don’t forget to include your name, phone number, email address, and mailing address. Should you have any questions or concerns please reach out to us using at info@tlcasd.ca
Renew Your Membership
To renew your membership simply send an e-transfer to tlcabank@gmail.com. Your payment will be auto-deposited without the need for a password. Membership fees are $40.00. Membership is now open for new and returning members! In the comments section, be sure to include your name, phone number, email address, mailing address, and lake address (if applicable) or for your convenience, you can use our Contact Us Form.
Alternatively, you can mail a cheque made out to Treasurer at P.O. Box 315, Noelville, ON P0M 2N0. If your contact information has changed, please update us with your current details. For your convenience, you can use our Contact Us Form.
If you are renewing on behalf of a family member, please include their name and contact information if it differs from yours. Thank you!

TLCA Bylaw Review
Our association has formed a Bylaw Review Committee to ensure our bylaws comply with the Ontario Not-for-Profit Corporations Act, which came into effect on October 19, 2021. Over the next few months, the committee will assess necessary updates, refine formatting, and adjust sections to better reflect how our organization operates. Stay tuned for updates as the process unfolds.
